1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, MrQuote grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the MrQuote software application ("Software") solely for your internal business purposes during your subscription period.

2. Scope of License

This license permits you to:

• Access the Software through supported web browsers and mobile applications
• Use the Software for legitimate business quote management activities
• Store and process your business data within the Software
• Download and use mobile applications on authorized devices

3. License Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Software
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
• Use the Software for any unlawful purpose
• Exceed the usage limits of your subscription plan
• Share login credentials with unauthorized users
• Use automated tools to extract data beyond normal usage
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL MRQUOTE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE SOFTWARE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR LOST PROFITS.

10. Export Compliance

The Software may be subject to export control laws. You agree to comply with all applicable international and national laws, including US Export Administration Regulations and International Traffic in Arms Regulations.

11. Termination

This license terminates automatically if you breach any terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and delete all copies from your devices.

12. Third-Party Components

The Software may include third-party components subject to separate license terms. Such components are provided under their respective licenses and our use is in compliance with those terms. 13. Governing Law
