Migration help
Here's what actually happens when you switch
We'd rather tell you exactly what's involved than promise a magic button. Migration effort depends on what you're coming from and how much data you have — here's the real picture.
Coming from Service Fusion
MrQuote connects directly to your Service Fusion account and keeps customers, properties, jobs, and quotes in sync. You can run both systems side by side while your team gets comfortable — there's no single cutover day to plan around.
Coming from anything else
We don't have a live connection to every platform, so moving your data is a real project — not a push-button import. We handle it with our data migration partner, InsurCore.io.
Why we can't quote a flat price up front
Moving your data costs us real labor hours, and that cost scales with what you're bringing over. A 1–5 person shop's customer list is a very different lift than a 50-person operation's — more customers, more job history, and more edge cases in how your old data is structured. Pricing is a sliding scale based on the size and shape of your dataset, not a flat fee.
- Smaller datasets usually move in a single pass.
- Larger or messier datasets sometimes need multiple runs, with manual reconciliation of records that don't map cleanly.
- We'll look at a sample of your data before quoting anything, so there are no surprises mid-migration.
Our migration partner: InsurCore.io
We work with InsurCore.io on data migrations that don't run through a live sync. They handle the ingestion and reconciliation work so your customer, job, and quote history lands in MrQuote in a shape you can actually use — not a raw dump you have to clean up yourself.
